Granoro’s goal is to contribute to the sustainability of Apulian agriculture and strengthen a direct connection between farmers and consumers, based on shared values such as respect for the environment and the revival of tradition through its products.
The partners sharing this project guarantee the highest quality raw materials, certified and traced from field to fork, 100% Puglia, through a supply chain agreement between the farmers, the mill, and the Granoro pasta factory.
Dedicato is the first pasta from the Puglian grain supply chain to be certified.
